Biography

Mrs. Quinn joined the St. Matthew’s family in 2009. She was drawn to St. Matthew’s because of the warm, professional staff and the uniqueness of the school’s character covenant. Ever since her first day here she has felt right at home and enjoys every minute of her time here! She joins our school with over 10 years of classroom experience. Mrs. Quinn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary/Early Secondary Education with a Concentration in English from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York and a Preschool through 8th Grade California Teaching Credential. She has recently completed her Master’s Degree in Child and Adolescent Literacy in addition to a Reading Specialist Certificate from Loyola Marymount University. Mrs. Quinn has always loved working in a Kindergarten classroom. She sees Kindergarten as a time to develop a lifelong love for reading and looks forward to working as a team with students and parents as we embark on this Kindergarten adventure together!
