Parent & Me is a ministry of the Parish of St. Matthew, serving families from the parish, school, and greater community with children from birth through age two.
In a warm and supportive environment designed to foster learning, play, and socialization, parents regularly attend weekly, age-based classes alongside their children. Parents also have the opportunity to connect with one another and participate in meaningful conversations on topics such as sleep and routines, feeding, postpartum challenges, developmental milestones, toilet readiness, emotional growth, and parenting strategies.
These early classroom experiences help children build confidence and a strong sense of security, gently preparing them for Little Falcons and/or Preschool at St. Matthew’s Parish School or another early childhood environment, while providing parents with a valuable and lasting support network.
